Where do I pick up my order?
Once you arrive at your chosen pick-up spot, our welcoming farm staff will be there to assist you in collecting your order.
How should I expect my order to be packed?
Your order will be pre packed neatly in a box and kept cold in our coolers until you pick it up. If you have a long ride home we suggest bringing a cooler bag with ice packs to ensure it stays cold.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged at the time that your order is packed, this is typically 1-2 days before the pick up date. You many notice a slightly lower or higher final order total compared to your estimated total as some adjustments may be necessary for any items priced by the pound.
When can I pick up my order?
We pack orders on a weekly basis and you will be given your pick up date and time when you select your pick up location.
What if I'm not able to pick up my order on time?
We know life happens, if you are unable to pick up your order on time please contact us and we will hold your order until you are able to pick up, or we can restock it for $10 restocking fee. If it is an extreme emergency please let us know and we will of course take care of it free of charge.
Is there an order minimum?
If you are picking up in the store, the order minimum is $100. If you are getting home delivery, the minimum is $175. Home deliveries incur a $50 delivery fee.
