Guinea Hen

Our French Guinea Hens are raised at our farm in the fall season. We raise our guinea hens on pasture and organic feed. Our guinea hens are raised for over 3 months on our lush pastures adding to its already rich flavor with beautiful yellow fat, providing a truly special culinary experience for our customers. Our birds are moved to fresh grass every day, enabling them to eat lots of insects and freely forage!
